Vice has always been a part of the fabric of New York from the dance halls and brothels of the Five Points in the 19th century to the virtual red-light district of Times Square in the latter half of the 20th century. Our second issue of NYC24 in 2009 looks at the vice of New Yorkers from a decadent escapist nightclub scene to women determined to express their erotic sexuality.
