Matthew Moll tried to corral a small herd of cattle when he was about 18 months old. Prior to joining Columbia Journalism School's M.S. program, he volunteered through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and then spent a year and a half working for a boutique management consulting firm.

Matthew earned his B.A. from Marquette University where he majored in journalism, minored in philosophy and spent entirely too much time bartending. His work has appeared in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Courier-Life Publications and America Magazine. Someday he plans to make a post on his incredible, yet nonexistent blog.
