Lisa Biagiotti began her career at Condè Nast Publications and has worked in the media, financial and non-profit sectors.

In 2001, Lisa received a Fulbright grant to study Muslim immigration trends into Italy, and currently serves on the NY Board of the Fulbright Association.

While pursing an M.S. in multimedia journalism at Columbia, Lisa has reported on Elmhurst, Queens, for local Queens newspapers and her blog, Junction BLVD. She is currently producing a website on city picklers.

Known for her tea- and coffee-clutching ways, Lisa is rather particular about her daily spot - not too milky white (like dishwater) and no artificial sweetners.
