Jay Corcoran is a filmmaker. His short film, New York Diary, was broadcast New York's PBS affiliate, WNET. He has had screenings at the Museum of Modern Art, Lincoln Center, Guggenheim Museum, Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, The Kitchen, and at over 100 national and international film festivals and has made critic’s choice lists in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Weekly, Boston Globe, New York Magazine and many other publications.
He is a recipient of the New York State Artists Grant Award, a resident at Millay Colony for the Arts, and was an actor/playwright for 12 years in New York City.
He is currently producing an online documentary about the job search process for Columbia Business School MBAs and about MBAs and entrepreneurship in Africa.
