Cooking
Up Laughter
Members
of a club:
- Meet
for a period of time, from 15 minutes to an hour
- Start
with practicising breathing exercises and stretching
- Indulge
in and learn different kinds of "laughter," each lasting for about
30 to 45 seconds
- Between
"laughters" members practice deep breathing, and neck, shoulder
and stretching exercises
- No
jokes are used, members laugh for the sake of laughing
