Cooking Up Laughter

Members of a club:

  • Meet for a period of time, from 15 minutes to an hour
  • Start with practicising breathing exercises and stretching
  • Indulge in and learn different kinds of "laughter," each lasting for about 30 to 45 seconds
  • Between "laughters" members practice deep breathing, and neck, shoulder and stretching exercises
  • No jokes are used, members laugh for the sake of laughing
